1st time seeing this group and had a GREAT experience from beginning to end. Given an in-person appt within a week , pre-registration process , registration process on day of , office cleanliness , office staff , Providers ... would def refer others to them. As a medical personnel (Admin) myself, I was happy to see such professionalism and excellent customer service. People tend to point out the negative encounters and not enough of the pisitive ones, hence why I am giving this medical group

I switched over from another derm practice and have been seeing Dr. Gumaste. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and she listens to her patients. I like how Dr. Gumaste listened to my concerns and took that into consideration when modifying my acne treatment. She gave me an alternative that my previous derm didn't give me and she did not force any meds on me. Great experience with Dr Todd Newman. Total length of my appointment was about 27 minutes including the check-in process, screening questions and skin exam. The receptionist at this locale was very friendly, personable and overall just made you feel welcome. The physicians aid was professional, going through my history and family history; had a cheery/great attitude! Dr Newman came in and addressed any questions I had. My sons had a virtual appointment. I appreciated the staff's persistence with finding me a back to back appointment. The staff and doctor were great. My sons' prescription was placed the same day. The doctor was also knowledgeable and helped me to understand my sons' skin diagnosis.

Nicole Tardio is the absolute best! I love her SO much. She has helped with my rosacea, eczema, a thing I had that I forget the name of and had to get removed in a small surgery. She's honest, upfront, personable, medically knowledgeable. I just can't say enough. At this point, I depend on her. I am aiming to have her as part of my medical team for life at this point. I have been mis-diagnosed with dandruff my whole life. Every dermatologist I've ever been to has immediately told me that I have dandruff and prescribed me the same treatment I've always tried that never worked. My first visit to Schweiger Dermatology far exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptional. I felt very welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Everything was easy and well organized from check-in to the pre-screening with Stephanie, all the way through my exam with Doctor Gumaste. Very efficiently run. Office is very high-tech too! By the time I left the office, the pharmacy was already calling me with my prescription update. Super happy I found Schweiger Dermatology. Highly recommend.
