Terrible office. Tells you one price when you make the appointment and then when you get there, they up charge you. Very chaotic, not organized at all. Unsanitary practices and no sanitation that I saw. I cannot speak to the skill of any specific providers that practice there as I was too unnerved but what I saw and heard to go forward with treatment.
I generally do NOT like giving anyone a one star, but I am not sure how to react to this dermatology group. I went to have a small raised brown spot on my face removed. I left with no treatment, no medication nothing, I went to have them tell me, "it is a brown spot." I could have stayed home. It is a raised mark and needs to be lasered, scraped, or removed as it is unsightly and should be biopsied. A person goes to a doctor for "treatment." Sorry but I am at a loss here.
