I went to the office back in April, in order to get treated for my acne. While I was in the office there were 2 medical assistants who seemed to be laughing/poking fun at me. I visited a different derm and she said that I was provided with all of the wrong medication and it was only making my skin worse. Don't Recommend
Easy to get an appointment but the provider's communication to the patient is POOR & TERRIBLE! The process of explaining diagnosis and treatment, and guiding a patient that is being referred out for follow up care, is messy and disorganized. As a health care provider myself, I WOULD NOT recommend this location if you're hoping for a medical group that cares about patient outcomes and well being.
I did not have to wait long for my appt. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Notaro made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She answered all my questions and I was very satisfied when my visit was over.
