I had a bad experience at this office. I scheduled a follow up to my video appointments. Once I was there I was told they could not do a skin check since I had scheduled a 10 minute appointment instead of a 20 minute one. I specifically drove 35 minutes so something could be looked at in person. I was charged $40 for about 5 minutes and told to schedule another appointment if I wanted an actual exam. I will be finding a different dermatologist which is too bad because I really liked the doctor I saw by video.
