I have filed 2 disputes and have gotten zero communication. Now I am on hold again for a 3rd time. Again my statement does not include the $259 I paid 4 months ago. This place is the worst. I have switched practices. Avoid them like the plague.

Saw a new doctor as mine life the practice. She was over 30 minutes behind. Her medical assistant was rude. There was no apology for being late or anything. She didn't even do a skin check. She came in the room for about 5 minutes and left. It was a complete waste of time. I miss the other person I used to see. No bedside manner or anything. I will not be going back as we are moving so I'm very happy about that. I'm very disappointed at how things changed at this office when they were so good

if you have children don't take them. after 4 visits and pathology they told us they don't have experience with all potential options to treat so a complete waste of time working with them. My child was so upset because we thought our last visit would have given us options now on the hunt for a pediatric dermatologist.

Questionable Backoffice practices. Stay away and save the pain. They asked my wife to pay a bill I already paid online. She paid because she didn't know I already paid. Later that day I called the billing department. I waited for a long time and they said to call Morristown office so they will process a refund. I called Morristown office and they said they will take care of it. Almost a month later and no refund yet. What a waste of time!!! I was a first time patient for Dr. Megan Offray visiting about a mole on my head. Dr. Offray was incredibly rude and rushed me out of my appointment. I'm not even kidding, she wasn't even in the room for 30 seconds. She refused to even acknowledge my "Hello, how are you?" as she entered the room. Without even looking at my head for 3 seconds (not exaggerating), she said, "yeah Id just leave it alone". I go, "is that it?". She replied, "Yes, your welcome" before I even thanked her. Rude. #1 Inernet address was an old address. #2 I did not see a dr. but a PA #3 no name tag of intake girl who took prelim info #4 Pa introduced herself as Jen #5 After exam not a shred of paper indicating what was done. TYPICAL OF JEEEEERZY DRS. I'LL GO TO NYC

Dr. Patel was good and professional. Office staff was not. I had 2 meds prescribed. I gave the name of location of the pharmacy when asked by the nurse. When checking out I was assured that the prescription would already be at the pharmacy. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they were not there so I called the doctors office again. I was told they would be transmitted in 10 minutes, and they were not. I waited 3 hours and called back. Would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the most incompetent doctors office i've ever been to. Started an accutane program which makes me have to go back once a month. I have to go to this office every month for the past five or six months and they have messed at least one thing every time. Office staff messes up appointments constantly and then continues to blame me. Save yourself before you start and find a different dermatologist. Horrible practice!!
