While close to work, I don't know about the whole thing. I was proscribed something to be picked up across the street - however, it was never called in and reception didn't follow through. I didn't have time to pursue. The billing I think is done by gremlins on some island - lots of recorded calls.
Love the staff at Schweiger, they are always pleasant, professional and informative. I have recommended them at least 5 times this year alone! Everyone that compliments my skin hears my praises to them. Adult acne is real and it is mortifying, these guys are doing a great service.

Personable, thoughtful and professional service from the doctors to the staff. The receptionists were friendly, patient and accommodating. Dr. Brittany was professional, thorough and gentle during my procedure and wasn't rushed in answering my many questions. Looking for reasons to come back and highly recommend this office.
Since my last visit. I have been back 3 times and it has been perfect. They listened to my concerns and have addressed it. I have already referred 3 of my friends and they are extremely happy with their experience. Laura my dr is outstanding, from the first time I met her, her bedside manner is caring and tailoring the right solution for problems.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've been coming here for years with no problems. I usually make appointments via ZocDoc or directly with the receptionist team when needed. They have great bedside manner. I arrive early sometimes and usually only wait a few minutes. They've helped me with a number of issues including a mysterious case of random eczema. They're awesome! Highly recommend :)
I went to see Dr Fenton in order to fix an issue with something on my back that was getting bad quickly. I'm a wimp but the procedure was pain free and my issue was resolved. Dr Fenton and staff were extremely empathetic and professional. The office was clean and welcoming. I only waited a few minutes to see Dr Fenton. I could go on and on but overall it was better than 5 stars as far as patient satisfaction for me.
Dr. Fenton is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Could not be more pleased with my visit!
I had an appointment on 8-20-19. Dr. B. Heller has been my doctor for over 25 year. He is exceptional. His Nurse/assistant, Melissa N. Is wonderful, patient, friendly, knowledgable, awesome bed side manner and a wonderful person.
Office is super clean and the staff is really nice. Luisa the Dr.'s assistant was extremely kind and Diana Palmisano was very helpful. She injected a pimple of mine with cortisone and mentioned that instead of me trying to pop it and scar my face I could make day of appointments when I felt an underground pimple coming on and she would take me same day for the cortisol shot. Will be back :)
