This was going to be my 2nd. Follow up Appointment, unfortunately when I arrived they informed me that they canceled my appointment. My appointment was on march 12 @ 10:40am. They called and confirmed on march 8th. and confirmed again on march 11th. I replied yes both times. After finding out that my appointment was canceled they said that they could fit me in at 4:00 that day or i can sit and wait to see if they could fit me in after 11:45. I said no! I waited 2 months for this appointment! I will not be returning

I had a biopsy done on my nose by a PA. All was fine for 4 days, and it started getting white and puffy. I called the office to speak to the PA. She did not ask me to come in nor send a photo. The reply was, “Oh, you are fine.” And I was prescribed an ointment. Two days later I had to insist on seeing a doctor. I’m currently on my second round of antibiotics to treat an extremely serious infection. Thank goodness for the doctor’s quick reaction.
