Service from them is horrible when trying to make an appointment. I have been going to this group, formerly Zelickson for many many years and never had to deal with a more unfriendly less helpful group of people. I continue to go back because of the great service that I received in the past. They will only schedule you for 10 minute time slot and have to reschedule you for a different appointment if more time is needed. I already know that more time will be needed so I make two trips. Ever since the company switched its name and merged, the scheduling department or call center is absolutely terrible. I had an appointment that was canceled because there was a team meeting for the day, and nobody contacted me. Apparently, I was one of seven patients that this happened to. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare, and the customer service has gone way downhill. Unfortunately, the practitioners be the brunt of all of this
