Dr. Wojciechowski excels in his profession. He also has a gentle demeanor which takes the stress out of going to the doctors for me. I went to his practice a handful of years ago and the office staff as well as his nurse were not pleasant which was a huge turn off for me. This visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’m glad I went back.
I’ve had a great experience with the 2 dr’s my family has seen. Dr. Holm most recently for my daughter and I’ve seen Dr. W for years… 5 stars for both of them. The office staff has been beyond rude lacking any customer service skills and plan to drop the practice after my daughter finishes up with current treatment. Do not start with this office new.
I brought my daughter there after going to multiple doctors for ringworm on her head. I could not get any solutions and nothing was helping. This was the only dermatologist within 2 hours that would see her in a timely manner. I was nervous because of the bad reviews but....I have to say, Dr Psaila was AMAZING! The doctor that my daughter saw Susan H. Psaila, was rude, short and very rushed. In my opinion she should not be practicing with that kind of bed side manner especially with a child. Nothing was explained to us, only towards her assistant, it was almost like we weren't in the room and then she left the room without saying anything. I did not reschedule a follow up because of this.
I have gone to this establishment for years. They are great and the doctors are professional. They help with prescriptions whenever I need it. I only didn't give it five stars because there can be long wait times for scheduling appointments.
