Went a couple of years ago and still not over how the older man got unnecessarily close to me. He probably didn't realize it but it made me feel weird and I didn't know how to respond. Feedback wasn't helpful and very general.

This office engaged in an illegal billing practice known as balance billing which is in violation of the terms of my contract with my health insurance provider. Allow me to explain. After services rendered by a Dr. Henderson from this office were billed to my insurance in the amount of $1250 for a simple mole removal, my insurance provider denied the claim because CSI and Dr. Henderson did not properly submit the claim and failed to include medical notes - a procedure which is in place to prevent fraud and overbilling by cer... read more

Our wonderful dermatologist Dr Fiebelman has sold his practice to this huge corporation. No more personal service. No more lab results with a phone call in 1-3 days. This feels terrible.

New doctor Patel was great! Had appointment at 3PM and staff walked in exam room at 3:05 so respectful of my time. Staff took photo of mole and completed chart. 10 minutes later Dr Patel performed exam and informed me it was blood blister on my neck. It had doubled in size in last two months so she recommend removal and biopsy just in case. She asked if I wanted it removed today? Misdiagnosed skin cancer on my arm. Really wish I'd have gone somewhere else, I needed to do more homework. As the doctor tried to cut the skin cancer off me, he shook the entire time. A little disconcerting. Two trips, two copays, 1 bill from insurance, and I need to find someone else to take care of the skin cancer that is still there. Not going back.

Service was alright but be warned, they will charge you $75 for a missed appointment whereas other places will charge you a mere $25. In this instance they feel like scammers since I didn't receive a text or call from them regarding an upcoming appointment. I tried to get the fee waived and they weren't having any of it. I realize a missed appointment is the patient's own faults but this company treated me like it doesn't care and a business dependent on medical care should care. I will not be coming back here.
