They contacted us later in the day of the primary care appointment regarding the prescription. I'm glad that they finally reached out but I hope that it isn't common for them to take days to get back to patients/pharmacies about urgent matters.

I have never been to such a professional Dermatology group. They are caring, very knowledgeable. Their staff is just marvelous when you have a problem special shout out to Dr. Desai. She is absolutely wonderful. I have been telling everyone to try this group.

I kind of accidentally wound up at Schweiger in Somerset. I made an appointment through an on line portal, and fouled it up and made an appointment at another location. So, I arrived in Somerset without an appointment but in severe discomfort for a full body allergy attack with skin rashes. Every person I encountered cared about me. The outstanding person at the front desk got me registered and was so kind and caring. The team got me in quickly and diagnosed my issue and prescribed the appropriate medication. Great experience, staff was very welcoming the moment I stepped in. The Doctor was extremely personable knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. Rash was cured in a matter of days !
Second update: he unfortunately got an infection requiring an extension of the antibiotics. Despite asking them to double check that the rx was written properly, they sent it over wrong again and again are not replying back to the pharmacy to correct it. Additionally they failed to refill the antibiotic cream after assuring him it was being refilled. Definitely stay far away from this place if you're prone to infection.
My partner came here for a cyst removal. The initial consult and the procedure itself were fine and the assistant and doctor were great. The problem has been the aftercare. He is a diabetic and requires antibiotics since he now has an open/healing wound. The problem is, the doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly (she wrote the rx for 2 pills a day for 7 days - but put 21 for the quantity instead of 14).
