I am not even a patient yet and have a 50 dollar no show charge. I advised them in December of a power outage and addressing that was my priority. Called them a dozen times but both the front desk and back office are ineffective. They keep on sending each other emails and phone mails to no outcome. Is this really a doctor’s office and healthcare facility? Cannot tell. Hopefully someone will pay attention and call me back to remove the charge. Don't plan to visit this establishment at all.
