As a new customer I couldn't have been more satisfied. I called the day before saying I was visiting and wanted a few skin tags off. I was in the next day and completed the whole process within half hour. Really really impressive I must say. They are extremely reasonable for a doctor whose so experienced, oh and he's super nice and pleasant to talk to. Would definitely recommend.
Making an appointment was simple, office visit pleasant then the issues quickly became horrifying. I would strongly suggest another practice.
I have no complaints about the care I received from Priya Desai on my two visits there, however, when I went to wash my hands after using the bathroom I was appalled to find a bottle of germicidal soap filled with nothing but water. Apparently none was to be had in the office because when I complained to Priya Desai, she said she would pass it along. Pass it along? I was very disappointed with this office as the doctor was 45 minutes late for my appointment which was the first appointment of the day. I was left sitting in a filthy room with trash from the day before spilling over the garbage pail. By the time the doctor arrived, she asked me the same questions the technician asked me 10 minutes prior. I only wanted to refill a prescription, so the doctor looked at the prescription, asked me two questions and left the room. She never examined me and never came back into the room. I... read more
Dr. Sutton was rude, offensive, dismissive, and had terrible bedside manners. There was no eye contact, no smile, no interest and no human warmth. It was like he was trying to prove true every arrogant-doctor stereotype out there. I would highly recommend him to no one.
