I'm really not sure whether I should have given two stars or one. After a 30 min wait I got back to the exam room. The assistant (very nice and friendly) got some info from me for my chart and told me that my primary care doctor had asked them to do a skin biopsy (not sure how that was possible, since I didn't provide the name of my doctor to them, so I'm thinking they mixed me up with another patient). So I went to see Andrea the other day because my skin is just having all sorts of freak out issues and she was amazing! She is sooo sweet & kind, makes you feel really at ease, takes the time to answer your questions and educate you. She rocks.

This place is absolutely horrific! I have NEVER been to a place of business who claim to be a "business" that is so unprofessional! I went in for an appointment and besides being totally rushed by Dr. Romero and her not answering ANY questions, I overheard the staff talking about patients in the most unprofessional way! The staff sat there and talked about peoples body weight, appearance, and made the most disgusted faces talking about them. I am so appaled that this place is even in business!
