Always a great visit at Schweiger Dermatology. Scheduling an appointment is always very easy, with multiple convenient times available. I go once a month at minimum, and never wait longer than 5-10 minutes to be seen after checking in. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The office itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing, it doesn't feel like a typical dingy office. First appointment I waited 1/2 hour over set time, no explainations or apologies given. Second appointment waiting room packed, I asked what the wait time was, front office said "I don't know!". A patient said they had been waiting over an hour. Led Zepplin was playing in the waiting room. No chairs available to sit in to wait. Believe me, the PAs - not doctors - are not worth this kind of wait. We walked out and aren't going back. Such incompetence!

I waited 40 minutes sitting in a paper gown and still the doctor didn't come in. I got dressed and left. The girls outside were like oh he'll be right here, but I said it was no way to treat patients and they just lost one . I cannot recommend this practice.

Had a biopsy completed and was waiting for my results. Nurse Practitioner left a message for me to call her. I immediately called and was advised she will call me back. I. called back 4 more times before 330pm and was told office was now closed even though their website states it is open until 5pm. Hopefully, I will get a call back tomorrow with my results. It is very unnerving to have wait for results when she could have just left a message.

My first appointment in Toms River NJ. Overcrowded waiting room, oh well, I thought, just deal with it. One of the 2 receptionists hands me an electronic tablet to enter my medical history, she seemed nice. When I went to hand it back, I tried to hand it to the receptionist who gave it to me, and the other one with the long straight hair barked "I can help you over here..I CAN HELP YOU OVER HERE!!" Her tone was shockingly inappropriate. I told her as much and she seemed to back down, but it gave me such an awful feeling. ... read more

Went for appointment on time and was greeted by a receptionist.In front of others that were waiting in that I had quite a big balance. She than went on to say they do not do the billing but take the payments.I know I did not and her so.She went on to say that they want the payment.Very insulting when others were watching.I told her again I do not my insurance takes care of the bill.She had a blank face and told her I am going to leave and don't need being intimidated.Sure enough when I got home I called my insurance company ... read more

I had a lesion in my ear for over six months. Hasnain Rangwala told me time and time again it was nothing. It started to give me pain so I kept going back to him. Again, he said it was nothing and not to worry about it. The pain got worse so in desperation I went to my ENT who did a biopsy. It came back Squamous cell carcinoma. Now I have to get radiation treatments for 30 days and the pain is still there. I would not go to Schweiger if my life depended on it!

The people working there were nasty The doctor not as much but they were nasty Was not happy about the wait time either Would not recommend this clinic
