I really think that the personality in the bedside manners were not very good with check in or with nurse practitioner. This is my opinion a little sarcastic and I don’t like that. She froze. Two spots on my arms and it didn’t work. I got brown spot there now with a tags Still there and that’s all we did.

20 minute wait in waiting room. 50 minute wait in the exam room. Rude professional for annual skin check. Would not recommend. Waiting room at capacity when I left. Appears to be an overbooking issue. My time is valuable. Unacceptable wait time and negative and rude attitude of professional. My significant other was there two days earlier, same issue, same treatment. Not good.
