I have been going to these providers (that are now in Vestal) for years I was always happy with them until schweiger Dermatology got involved. Now it is virtually impossible to actually get in touch with my provider. Schweiger has people that answer the phone and put up a roadblock to getting to the actual provider. And supposedly it's easier on text messaging but there's a big roadblock there as well.
