I have encountered billing issues with this practice, that I feel should be shared, in hopes of saving others from frustration and unfair charges. As a patient, I was in this office for mere moments, where I received a quick cortisone shot and am now being billed for a "procedure". My mother went to remove a dark spot she had in her face and the female PA-C "MELISSA ROSENHAN" spoke to my mother really unprofessional!! We even think she was racist towards Hispanics!!! She yelled at my mother and told her she did not have time to complete the peel procedure although my mother had her appointment scheduled for that time. She had the worst experience! Please do not waist your time with this place..

This place didn't do the best job on my surgery. I had a cyst removed from my scalp. They told me that after the surgery I'll be able to go right back to work the same day. After the surgery they left the back of my head soaked in blood. They didn't clean my head or anything. They then told me that I shouldn't bathe for two days so having my head soaked in blood for two days was super depressing. Then after the stitches got removed, I found one that was still there. I have been going to Schweiger dermatology for years-- both Mitzy and Jarrett have been great to work with. Why the two stars? Getting medication prescriptions filled from this office has been a nightmare. Over the past two days I have had to call over 7x to fix a simple prescription issue between CVS and the provider. I called the Yonkers location again today and spoke to a lady who simply hung up on me when she couldn't help me with the situation. Waited one hour and a half to speak to a NP for 5 minutes. Completely unacceptable wait time. Staff alleged there was a break in the night before, which is unfortunate, but if the staff arent equipped to serve the patients in a timely manner, then they shouldn't have opened.
