RecommendedI live in the Arroyo Ranch Subdivision in Seguin, TX! I am surprised that there are not more customers of these guys, their first visit yesterday was awesome and my dogs were so happy when they go home and had a clean yard. Thank you Dillon and friend for helping my mother and myself with this as we just found we did not have the time to keep up with our pooches. You guys are amazing and I highly recommend 😁😁

Thank you to Scoop Soldiers for always being great! Especially yesterday when they alerted me to a rattlesnake that was in my yard. Luckily we were able to get it removed and no dogs or people were harmed~

Highly recommend! We have 3 dogs 😳 it’s hard to keep up with the yard! I signed us up yesterday and they showed up the next morning! They text me before they showed up and were in and out so fast! I’m so excited we found them!
The first visit was great she did an amazing job. Second visit was horrible he was literally in my hard 2 min. Did not pick up anything.Cancelled my service right away they did not care.
The soldiers that’s actually showed up did great jobs but the book keeping, billing, follow up and scheduling is absolutely horrible. So many issues and each time I requested a call back, no one ever called back. I fired them for these reasons and still never got a call back.
Nice people, excellent phone/email customer service but I find piles almost after every visit. When I reach out, stating that piles were left behind, I was compensated by refund or free visits but I am frustrated by the inconvenience that I need to finish the job after someone started it.
I did not have a good experience. I decided to use the service because I hurt my back. The charge for a one-time service was $80 which is a lot but I was told they would spend up to an hour for that amount. I have a pretty big yard and 2 boxers so I thought it was fair. However, the rep for the company spent 10 min and left. I knew there was no way she could have done the entire yard. I went outside to look and immediately saw poop.
