I gave up a $10,000 closing cost incentive to go with Scott's team over the in house lenders for the community I just bought into. Scott's approach will save me more than that 10,000 in a handful of years and the experience working with him and his team was worth it on its own. I'm not rich. $10,000 cash in hand is a staggering amount to walk away from. The best review I think I can give is to say working with this team was worth it, and I'd make the same choice again if I had to.

Scott and his team were so responsive and stayed on top of the entire transaction.
