Scott took a lot of time (nearly an hour!) one weekday evening to explain, patiently and thoroughly, long-term and short-term options for responding to a valuation lower than we'd expected. He was a clear communicator start to finish, and at the end of this whole process we're far more knowledgeable about the complex world of home mortgages than we started, and confident that we've made good choices. (We're both teachers, and we know good instruction when we see it!)
