Scott and his team are top notch in my book. In a bind, he was able to get my mortgage rolling on short notice and found me a better deal, far better, than what the builder's agent was offering. I've gone back to Scott twice for re-financing counsel, and his approach and research kept me comfortable in knowing he was looking out for me.

We had a issue when the house I wanted to buy didn't appraise, and I was freaking out. Scott talked me down, explained the options clearly and succinctly so I could help explain it to my wife (in Portuguese). Great support, and always friendly and helpful.

Mr. Kinne was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed within the time frame promised. Scott helped me with a mortgage for a purchase then helped me lower my rate for a refinance. Very competitive rates, very open and honest with his information, very knowledgeable on all of the options to make the mortgage work. He offered some great advice that helped with our transition.
