Scott Lief was dedicated to helping me and wife with the purchase of our first home. When I say dedicated I am talking about many things. He advised us on different types of loans, why we should or shouldn't do a number of options. He was there with us when two other potential buys fell through. I am a banker. I know how the mortgage application works. I have excellent credit, good salary and savings. However, because of one issue I was in the process of resolving - a couple of lenders I approached were hesitant in even entertaining an application from me - preventing me from getting a preapproval - hence not able to make offers. We very much appreciated Scott's professionalism and responsiveness throughout our real estate transaction.
