Scott was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, specifically when dealing with my 0 credit score. Our deal almost fell through when the selling agents lender saw my 0 credit score and didn’t know what to do with it. One of the contingencies upon the acceptance of our offer was that we had to get cross qualified by the sellers lender. Scott and our Realtor Larry Falk stepped in and had a heart to heart with the selling agent without the other lender and saved the day.
