Scott was a great communicator. He answered all my "stupid" questions, and made me feel like they weren't stupid questions at all. He also answered the same question multiple times, which I greatly appreciate because sometimes it doesn't always stick the first time around. Additionally all information was conveyed to me clearly. All the online tools that Church Hill has access too was very easy to navigate.
