The loan processor was very disorganized and required many, many follow-ups to have everything needed for closing. In some cases, we provided duplicate documents. In most other cases, she requested information but did not really explain what it was to be used for. By the end of the process, she could not explain certain un-itemized costs and it was only until receiving the pre-closing disclosure that we were able to understand it was related to taxes.
