He was not acting in my best interest. He wrote closing documents signing over 1/2 ownership of my house to my boyfriend, while giving me (and him) full assurance that he was just a cosigner, and would not be on the lease, or be an owner. Then he refused to take my calls, threatening to block me (after ONE phone call)... saying that he will only speak to me through my boyfriend.
