Scott was wonderful, explained everything we needed to do. Process was so easy. He worked with us to give us a good rate and the $ we needed to do the home repairs. Scott Wirtanen was by far the best loan officer I have worked with during the homebuyer process. I was working with many other loan officers in attempt to secure financing and Scott was the most informative and efficient loan officer, which led to me choosing Stockton Mortgage. I would like to say thank you to Scott for everything he has done.
I feel the difficulties that occurred were mainly do to the need for 3 persons to complete entire loan process. Scott did a great job of finding and correcting any concerns. Overall service was great. I feel this experience will help with future transactions. Thank you for your dedicated service.
A little more notice of the next step would be nice. I didn’t know about the structural engineer step.
