Leo provided great service with excellent work done professionally! He was punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
The locksmith arrived in the time frame he said that he would, and I felt that he was very honest about what needed to be done and what the charges would be before he went forward with the work. I also appreciated that he gave me an option to leave off the old lock if I wanted to buy and install a new one myself.
Great work! My locks are in great condition now. The only complaint is that he wasn't right on time and since everything I do is by appointment it was frustrating to wait around for 20 minutes. When I finally called him to see where he was he mentioned that he was right around the corner, and then he called again saying he couldn't find me.... which my location can be hard to find so that's ok, I guess I would've preferred a call right at the appointment time to notify me that he was running late. Did a good job.
We were locked out of our in wall electronic safe, I called Leo, sent him a picture of the lock, he came after hours and within minutes we were back in our safe! If you need a professional for any kind of locksmithing, these are your guys!
Lior has a great skill. He opened the lock less than a minute. He also wanted to make sure the lock was not damage by having me open the lock before he took off. I would recommend him to anyone.
Quick and easy, prices are competitive although I still can't get over how expensive keys and remotes are these days.
Needed all locks changed on my commercial bldg & gate - Leo responded w/in 1 hr - he was very knowledgeable and professional - I recommend his expertise!!
