The desk service was smart, alert, and friendly. I was also lucky to get a reduced rate for storage for only 15 days. One glitch. The rental was for May 14 thru May 31. I had to get the truck out of the unit, the lock off the unit, and sweep it up before June 1. I will do exactly that. But, Scottsdale Self Storage won't check my unit for that compliance until June 1. They are closed May 31, and they won't have anyone there when I come to get my truck on May 30 because of their closing hour. So I have to pay for June 1 as wel... read more

Mike helped us and he was very personable. He answered all our questions and was efficient in getting the paperwork done. The terms of the rental agreement seem very fair to us. The facility was very clean. A very good experience overall.

Scottsdale self Storage !! Your asking me what I thought of the kind of Service that was given too me while I was renting a space from your facility????
