Bring some OFF spray since the mosquitoes can get bad, try to go to the bathroom before you go so you don't have to deal with the port-a-potties (which aren't great), pay for your parking and tickets ahead of time to maximize your time doing stuff inside and save money, wear close-toed shoes you don't mind dirtying, bring a hair tie if you have hair past your shoulders, PLEASE wear deodorant, and expect to be very hot mainly from the humidity -- so maybe bring a battery powered hand fan. Honestly it was amazing, the houses were great and the actors were amazing at their jobs. It’s a great alternative to horror nights and the VIP fast passes are well worth the money. My only “issues” with my experience was that everyone smoked everywhere, in the lines and in the main area. It’s just very hard as someone who’s had cancer that doesn’t smoke to sort of deal with the sheer amount of people smoking everywhere throughout, also it worries me because I saw kids, maybe designate one area to smoking if it’s not too muc... read more
