I have purchased via this site for many years. The new way where you have to interact via a sales person to get a quote is not a very lean way. It's made me skip the discount to keep my process lean. That's a bummer, but my time is valuable.
your web site ABSOLUTELY SUCKS with respect to billing. IT OVERWRITES THE BILLING ADDRESS OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again. This is a pathetic and inexcusable mistake.

I found the experience to be a nightmare. For example, the Paladin 8.0 can be pole mounted. Does it need a mount box as well? You can't even find the pole mount under Paladin to see what it looks like, but you can order the mysterious item. The site does not let you know that you also need to order the mounting box. I started, I believe Thursday evening my time emailing for help, but no one responded. I guess SCW was closed for Easter from Thursday till Tuesday when I finally called from the Philippines to talk with someone.... read more
