My son got a quote for his teeth being done. Everyday and including the day of the procedure it was all about money. I should of known to go somewhere else but I was taking their word for it because they are the professionals. He had the work done. Came home the next day after being told multiple times people would check on him and call. Only received one phone call from the office right as I walked in the door from getting him home. Dr Jon is great! Place is clean and well run; however the prices have gotten ridiculous over past three years! The kids appointments are twice as expensive as my adult cleanings at other dentists. The paint on fluoride is double the cost for the same thing I get done at my dentist.....stinks that I am going to have to look for a different dentist . Kids love Dr Jon!
I’ll be formally filing a complaint with the American Dental Association and BBB against your practice. You are unwilling to provide a more tolerable antibiotic that i personally found is approved by the American dental Association and American Heart Association to pre-treat those with heart conditions. Rather than only limit yourself to two prescriptions one of which my son is allergic to and the other is like drinking a carton of rotten eggs. Very expensive and felt judged and pushed into fillings my child didn’t need.
They recommended extensive work for my kids when they were 3 and 5 years old. They suggested iv sedation and several thousand dollars of work. I got a 2nd opinion. My kids love their new dentist, and their teeth are in great shape. Save your money, time, and kids health...don't go here.
