Outstanding. The lady at the front destk (Angie) really helped us. (First Time storage users). Because of the cost and great customer service we rented a unit at Seacliff.
I've rented with before. Out of 5 different storage facilities Seacliff Self Storage is the only one I liked. Never any issues. I'm a rule abiding renter. Their fast, friendly, very clean facility inside n out. The office staff are knowlegeable, and thorough. No surprises hidden in the fine print. I recommend them to everyone. I've been a renter at Seacliff for several years and always have prepaid yearly. I went to renew for this year, and they increased my rate almost $100 for my parking space, even though my current rate is advertised online. They wouldn't honor it and said that's for new clients only. And no place did it say that and even if it did, that's just wrong. I left very angry and took my vehicle elsewhere. It's obvious management does not care about keeping their clients haply, or keeping them at all.
I really wouldn’t recommend SeaCliff. There are several issues: 1. The hours are very limited 2. They have a moisture problem in the building. I put a moisture absorber in my unit and it filled up in about 2 weeks; all of my boxes have become “soft” due to moisture absorption; when picking up items stored in plastic there is usually moisture on them. 3. Was really impressed with this place. Clean, new, well organized and looks very secure. Prices seem to be slightly better than other places and a wide selection of storage sizes. Extra bonus is the use of a moving truck. Very helpful staff.
