July 14, 1017 I received estimate for gutters & fascias. I made down payment required & they indicated in the fall. In September I called & they said a couple weeks. February they did our neighbors so I called to see if we were on list...they said spring. In the spring I called & they said it was too wet. The last week of September (14 months after the down payment) we assumed they were never coming as promised by contract & we asked for refund of deposit.
