It wasn’t until close to the end that I began receiving updates on my portal. Also there were multiple request for the same documents even after I had submitted them. I also took time out to meet with an appraiser went through my property, then I was told the appraisal had been waived. Finally it was left up to me to find a notary for remote closing. Also I was never informed that my wife would need to sign closing documents until I receive them. This created a lot of issues for me.
Sean was great to work with. He promised to keep me notified throughout the entire process which he did. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a mortgage or refinance.
