PRIMARY RESIDENCE REFI: Although I have excellent credit, no debt, substantial assets and an LTV under 70%, I was unable to qualify for a conventional mortgage due to being a self-employed business owner. Sean was able to secure a 30-YEAR BANK STATEMENT MORTGAGE at a very competitive and realistic interest rate. His excellent communication, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire process seamless, resulting in a smooth closing within just 30 days.
