We are older customers of Sean and have had a number of great experiences with Sean over the year. Our latest transaction was a real challenge - a new construction condo purchase. The whole process took nine months and Sean and his team helped us to navigate the different problems in the various phases of the process of buying from a builder. Sean closed a loan in 21 days start to completion for a somewhat difficult second home property. He had great resources at his fingertips, was communicative and an overall consummate professional. He appeared to work at any hour of the day or night something needed to be done. As one in a service industry, this was incredible. I suppose the best thing I can say is that I was so happy with what he did with this mortgage, I have him working on refinancing on another property.
