Sean was fantastic! He really went above and beyond to keep everything moving along throughout the process and coordinate between realtors and the title company. Not only that, he pointed me towards an insurance agent who was able to navigate the complexities of the CA FAIR plan and get us insured within days so we didn't have any risk of delay.
