I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Sean and David and their team. They are professional and listened to all our needs. Every question and concern was answered. The loan process went smooth and quick. I highly recommend Sean!
From the very start of the loan process Sean was very helpful and unbelievably responsive. He really went out of his way on several occasions: working late on a Friday to push through paperwork, meeting us on a Sunday to obtain a signature, and replying to emails within minutes. Oh, and he found us a great loan too! It was a pleasure to work with Sean and I've already referred him to several friends.
We got introduced to Sean by an agent we were using and when we explained to him the emergency situation we were in, he did not hesitate to jump in and help. Even when we switched agents, Sean was always watching our backs and keeping us in the loop. We had 30 days to find a house and close and we did exactly that.
