Sean was always responded to any phone call or text as quickly as possible and was always on top of all of the information that I needed. He was thorough and quick when it came to getting things moving to close on my condo. He set me up with a very competitive interest rate and found the loan that was right for me.
Sean was great to work with and on top of everything... explained each step of the process. He went through all the steps with me and assisted me with everything that I had questions about. Sean knows his stuff... would recommend him to anyone that I know that is buying a house.
Sean called my mother’s phone and said we filled out a form for a loan. We filled out a form to look at a house. After my mom asked him to remove our information he called her an idiot. She asked if he called her that and he confirmed he called her an idiot. He then hung up. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Between Sean and the team that he works with, I am unclear where to begin. First, he chose to proceed with a loan I wasn't qualified for. Wasted valuable time. Then proceeded to switch gears to a conventional loan and proceeded to make error after error in processing the paperwork. I believe I was asked to resign paperwork 4 times. Very disorganized, very poor attention to detail and he was happy to blame everyone else on the team and not take any responsibility.
