Thank Sean, your team must be in the top per cent, it sure went well. The number of required documents was intimidating at first but a couple of calls to NIcole cleared those up. I like their no hassle online system to submit documents, worked great. What I liked most was I felt like the whole team was involved, it didn't seem to matter who I talked with, they all were up to date and ready to help. I know they must have other clients but I always felt I was getting their complete attention.
