We used Sean when we purchased our first home last summer. He was always willing to drop everything to answer our questions. We worked with him for over 2 years and made several offers until we finally purchased our home. He helped us round up all the correct paperwork and answered a lot of really complex questions to help me select the right rate. Even 6 months after we got our mortgage, Sean checked on us to make sure we got all the tax documents. I would highly recommend Sean for any of your mortgage needs.
Sean was helpful and responsive to our request for a quote. He provided all the necessary information we needed to make a decision to go with Sean to refinance our loan. Once we decided to use Sean, he gave accurate information and timely updates on the loan process. He guided us through the whole process until the loan finalized. He was also there for follow up questions after the loan had closed.
In 2012 we finally found a home that met all of our purchasing criteria. There were, however some challenges to work out with regards to financing. Sean Reid was very professional and responsive. He helped us through the financing process for our new home. We could not have been happier!
Sean and his team did an amazing job getting our mortgage loan put together. They were always friendly and great at communicating during AND after the loan was complete. I never felt like I was being "sold", in fact, I believe our interest rate was lower than originally quoted. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sean. Over the years we have done 4 purchases and 2 refi's with him and it was smooth sailing every time. The cool thing is that you learn a lot from working with him. He not only tells you what you need to get loans through, but why the information is needed and how you might be able to position yourself better.
