Love Dr. Tinsley I have been a patient for about 15 years. However the billing staff is absolutely terrible. I was told I've owed money for over six months today and that my insurance only covers 80% of my visit. When I said I was never told this I was told that there were several notes made in the computer saying we had been informed several times. Nice Staff but I can understand being called back late it it happened 1 or 2 times but when its the norm instead of the exception........I have made 2 more appointments and will consider keeping them but I will be considering alternative solutions

10+ YEARS COSTUMER LEAVING ASAP! Been going for years and finally had enough. Multiple billing and trying to use old insurance issues. Had to reschedule an appointment, waited 5 months, arrive to my toddler son being booked same time opposite side of the office as me. Their solution.... me go immediately and him wait an hour and a half.... not ok.

Horrible! Had two teeth extracted was in horrible pain almost crying and I can take pain. They basically told me to take ibuprofen beyond pissed with this hole in the wall dentistry! I have the best dental coverage u can't get 100% coverage wouldn't let them touch my teeth ever again!
