RecommendedI was helping a friend move, and they used this place for some short term storage while shuffling apartments. The gentleman that assisted us (Justin) was very helpful about sizes and prices. Great location too.
Have been a customer for 6+ years since the day I moved back to Seattle. Seattle self storage and most specifically The site manager Justin have always been right there to help with any service needs I had. I’ve rented trucks, moved units, changed payment methods and all have been met with exceptional service and friendly attitude. Thank you Seattle Storage for a quick and pain free storage unit. The store is clean and well lit considering some storage places are scary and filthy. Justin is the manager and like most of the other reviews say, speak to him. He's been at that location for 13 years (I think I remember him saying that long). I have used storage in the past at a different location and seeing the same face was not an option. They went through employees like you wouldn't believe. Luckily, not the case here. Thanks again!
I just vacated my unit I rented for the summer. The facility is well lit, clean and the manager, Justin made sure I only paid for space I needed and did not upsell me on a larger unit. This was my first time using storage and he made it quite easy. Thanks
Justin Purdy was awesome! I needed a unit that day, Justin provided very fast service, even matched and beat 4 competitors pricing by a mile! Justin was very friendly and I will definitely be referring friends and family to Seattle Self Storage.
I've used Seattle self storage several times. When our house took forever to close Justin was very helpful by letting me keep my unit for another month than another month than ANOTHER month. He also let me know about their truck rentals for when the house finally did close. In such a stressful time Justin gave me one less thing to worry about. I'll recommend this place to everyone who's in between housing. This place just makes sense !

I have used these guys many times for my Penske needs and Justin has always given me the best customer service to go with the best pricing. It's hard to get great customer service these days. I have used their storage only once and I got a great deal plus Justin did price matching.
I've used storage here for a few years and loved it! Justin had always given me wonderful customer service. The facility is always clean and organized. I would highly recommend this place for storage needs.
