I had spoken with several loan officers but Sebastian went above and beyond with getting me a loan. He also kept me informed as to what was going on. I was disappointed yesterday when I was told that my checks to pay off my credit cards were coming to me in the US mail and I challenged that because I felt that they should have been overnighted because the US mail is too slow. Well I was pleasantly surprised today when UPS dropped off the checks this morning.

Longest re fi I ever had. Way to many hoops to jump though! Check for credit card payoff was sent to me. Was specifically told to mail it directly to credit company. Had to pay $46.30 to express mail the check to Debtwave credit!
