Excellent professional service beginning with Demetrius. Explained everything in detail. When walking to the unit to see and verify if the size would work for us, he was kind, personable and professional. I couldn’t believe how clean the halls and outside walkway were - the unit was perfect! Excellent experience. Always felt safe and secure. Great lighting. Strong doors. Will definitely use again when needed.

Hi, the guys were so very nice. It's just that I've never seen a unit that tapered to a corner -- especially at about 2 feet wide. I walked it twice from the doorway and at best maybe up to 12 feet. The unit was supposedly 5x15. I called to find out the measurements of the floor for that reason. Just because it says it on my lease, doesn't mean that's what THAT unit is. So wrong. why would someone build something like that. Are other people's 5x15s like mine? I don't get to utilize normal square flooring. A triangle, and of ... read more
Went to move some items in my unit and was told the moving cart would be available during office hours but the office was not open during office hours and no moving cart was available
