Karen and I drove to Carlsbad last Wednesday afternoon to drop some things off at El Camino Self Storage. We called Alexandra A. from the Perris location to let her know we were going to be there by 4:30....it ended up taking us 4 1/2 hours to drive there and Alexandra met us at the gate at 6:25 PM and stayed until we were finished unloading around 7:00 PM She was AWESOME and went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful to her for her kindness and amazing work ethic.....
