I like that they are open till 7pm, I don't like what I'm paying now though. Seems like they've jacked up the price 4x from what I was paying. I started at $50.00 now I'm at $270, you'd think they would keep their prices somewhat steady, especially with customer who have been with them for as long as I have. Then again I know this is a business but just because you ran off new customers with jacked up prices, doesn't mean you have to gouge the people you already have there to make up for the difference. Water damage from StorAmerica's South Gate leaking roof. StorAmerica has not returned my calls or answered my claims in over two months. And I paid for the extra insurance (they are self insured) they offered which is a joke. customer service is hostile, negative, and combative. I do not recommend this facility.

Worst storage place ever , i was behind a month and called to see what time they will close because I was going to make a payment and they said my storage was going to be auctioned off , I hung up since I was furious, I kept getting emails regarding the unit that I was up almost 1000$ after they had it was going to be auctioned off after missing one payment ? I kept calling and was told the same thing , around January 31st I get a email that I need to pay the unit and I called and they said it was sold ? I lost all my thing... read more

This place is the worst business I have ever been involved with in my 45 years on the Planet!! Fist, StorAmerica bought the old Extra Space (who we have used before and had no issues). Nobody notified us of the purchase. We STILL have not signed a new lease. Our unit got broken into. We got no notification of this until closing time. My wife met a manager named "Dana" who claimed she was closed and could not get us back in to check on our belongings!
