Didn't get hard copies of anything. Slow to get anything done. But fast as hell to take my money. If I'd had the time I'd of went elsewhere.

Dear Daniel, Since we utilize electronic leases, we email all lease documents to our tenants. If you would like a printed copy, you are welcome to access your lease from your email and print it at home, or request a printed copy the next time you are in the office.
